I’m Ka Lee, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in counseling. My approach is grounded in a deep commitment to understanding and supporting each individual’s unique journey. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards their prismatic potential.

My Story

My Background:
I hold a Master's in Counseling and am licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Over the years, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, etc. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma informed and person centered.

My Approach:
My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered. I strive to understand each client’s unique experiences and tailor my approach to meet their specific needs. Whether through face-to-face sessions or online therapy, my goal is to support you in building resilience, gaining insight, and achieving meaningful change.
